Who We Are
Kids First Initiative enhances the effectiveness and resources of non-profit organizations in the Cincinnati region
With over 15 years of experience helping businesses grow through innovative marketing strategies—whether expanding product bases or building new customer relationships—we saw an opportunity to bring that expertise to the nonprofit sector.
We developed a unique program to support these organizations in two crucial ways: directly contributing to their general funds and covering essential marketing efforts to help them raise awareness and expand their reach.
Beyond our professional backgrounds in marketing, Tom and I share a deep passion for supporting children and communities. As former coaches, teachers, and lifelong advocates for youth, we knew we wanted to focus our efforts on smaller, under-the-radar nonprofits doing incredible work to support children and families. These nonprofits provide vital services and programs that often go unnoticed, and we wanted to amplify their ability to make a difference.
That passion led to the creation of Kids First Initiative—a nonprofit dedicated to empowering other nonprofits that serve children. Through Kids First Initiative, we aim to strengthen these organizations so they can continue their vital missions and create lasting change.

We believe that by empowering the youth in our community, especially children, we can build a stronger, more vibrant future. Through support, mentorship, and collaboration with non-profits, we aim to guide children away from negative influences, nurture their potential, and provide the resources they need to succeed in life and contribute positively to society.
Our mission is to focus on the young members of our community, with a dedicated emphasis on children. We believe that nurturing a bright future through our youth will keep our community vibrant, deter youth from engaging in troublesome activities, and set them on a path to success. In pursuit of this mission, we support numerous non-profits recognized for their significant contributions to our community.
Our vision is to cultivate a thriving community where every child has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and make a positive impact. By nurturing youth potential, we aim to create a future where children are equipped with the skills, support, and confidence to build vibrant communities, stay on a path to success, and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
