I have taken on a new cause, Homeless to Home Animal Rescue and Cat Sanctuary. The mission of this organization is to prevent suffering and homelessness through open access sheltering practices for animals.
For several reasons these animals find themselves homeless and without food and water. This could be attributed to a family that moves and cannot take pets with them or an elderly family member who passes away and no one in the family can take care of their pets. They need a place that will care for them.

We reduce waste and help people.
At Scrap2Home, we collect scrap wood – wood normally sent to a dumpster and then a landfill – and use it to build furniture for people who need it but cannot afford to buy it.
